Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, unless they are received in damaged or defective condition.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage claim.
(The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside.)

Return Charges

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and only if a proper unboxing video is provided.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or customized products.
Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotions unless defective.

Important Note

Unboxing video is compulsory for any return, exchange, or refund request.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process claims for damaged or wrong items.
